ZABEL THUR DE KOOS

Owner / Licensed Real Estate Broker

Zabel is a lifelong resident of Gainesville and a graduate of UF. While in college she managed a family-owned apartment complex. Upon graduation, Zabel decided to remain in the business and took on a larger role as General Manager. Since 2000 her companies have grown, acquiring far more rental assets. In 2018 Zabel earned her Real Estate Broker License and started Lexis Real Estate Group to lease and/or sell the properties and businesses of others.

PAUL THUR DE KOOS

Managing Director of Operations

Paul Thur de Koos, originally from Johnson City, TN, specializes in the management of multi-tenant office buildings and warehouses, coordinating maintenance, and oversees special projects. Paul earned a Master of Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida. Paul is currently a board member of Gainesville’s Chamber of Commerce actively engaged in bringing new businesses to Gainesville. Paul and his wife, Zabel, have 2 children together and he enjoys coaching some of their sports teams and attending Gator sporting events.

TODD CHASE

Managing Director & Commercial Realtor®

Todd’s 30 years of leadership experience in business, government, and the military includes 28 years of service as a Navy pilot. He holds an MBA from Harvard and was elected twice to the Gainesville City Commission. Leveraging his blunt common sense and responsible fiscal oversight, plus 20-years of residency in Gainesville, and relationships across Alachua County, Todd has a unique perspective and ability to serve the needs of businesses and investors.

TODD JOHNSON

Marketing & IT Director, Drone Pilot

Todd was born in Savannah, GA and moved to Gainesville in 1998. He joined Lexis in 2018 bringing 40 years of experience in strategic marketing, design and photography/videography. Todd originally comes from the medical and biotech sectors with over a decade as marketing strategist for a number of Fortune 500 companies. Todd is an avid tech geek and brings expertise in web development, software, drones and advanced LiDAR imaging to the Lexis mission.

ANGIE ORFIELD

Residence Manager & Residential Realtor®

Angie brings 24 years of real estate expertise to navigating the buying, leasing, and selling process. She expertly manages two of our residential properties, including a luxury dorm for incoming UF freshman students, honing her skills in diverse resident relations and creating exceptional living experiences. Angie is passionate about cooking and decorating and she cherishes quality time with her husband, two children, and a yellow lab.
